Blackheath v Tatsfield

The cricket season came to an end with our final game of the year, which turned in to something of a benefit match for Nick Courtney as he scored his maiden first class century in England.

On the way out to the game Nick had talked about how he had never scored a ton in his life and how he REALLY wanted to do it today! Well he managed to end up on 104 not out and batted through the entire innings!

Man hug :)
At the other end opening with Nick was Simon who scored a valuable 36 in an opening stand of 76.
Simon manages to see the funny side of being dismissed.
Barragh gets a brute of a ball first up! Just missing the outside edge.
After early jitters Barragh gets in to the swing of things and ends up with a quick fire half century to his name.
Ruba waited 34.3 overs before he finally got to face the last 3 balls of the game.
Team score after our innings finished. Unfortunately the opposition weren't as competitive as they could have been. Rolled for 70 odd all out, with yours truely ending with the impressive figures of 3 for 9 off 5 overs :)
