We celebrated our tenth year together by going to Paris, the city of luuurve. So it seemed a good idea to spend our eleventh in a place we have always loved hearing about. It also is the place where you can find lots of the flowers we love. Unfortunately our trip was quite late in the season so most of the tulip fields had been picked and the flowers on display were towards the end of their lives.
This was one of only two windmills we saw. What got us was just how big these things are in real life! |
The bridge had opened to let a group of houseboats through. |
